● Course Content: We provide coaching, study materials, and mock tests designed to prepare students for specific exams. We reserve the right to modify the course curriculum, schedule, or instructors at our discretion to maintain training standards.
● Admission: We reserve the right to accept or reject any enrollment application. Admission to a batch is subject to seat availability.
● Validity: Course validity is determined at the time of enrollment (e.g., 1 month, 3 months). Access to classes and materials expires automatically at the end of this period.

● Payment Methods: We accept payments via cash, bank transfer, UPI, and credit/debit cards. Online payments are processed through secure third-party gateways

● Course Cancellation by Us: In the unlikely event that Insync Learning and Development cancels a course entirely before it begins, a full refund will be provided.
● Exam Fees: Any fees paid to us for booking third-party exams (e.g., IDP IELTS fee) are subject to the refund and cancellation policies of the respective exam authority, not Insync.
